At Hume Business Solutions, we are committed to providing you with the highest standard of Customer Service.  We have now gone one step further.  In an effort to focus more on providing you with better Customer Service, we have become a member of SERVUS.

 

SERVUS is an organisation aimed at raising the standard of Customer Service within Australia. 

 

SERVUS will monitor our Customer Feedback and will, based on this collated information, provide us with a Customer Service rating.  We are always accountable to you, our customers, on the service that we deliver.  However, from this moment on the SERVUS programme will formalise this accountability and will help us to identify areas where we can improve.

   

We are always seeking to improve our standard of Customer Service and we also invite you to provide any direct feedback you may have via phone or e-mail at any time.
